If you're unfamiliar with this style of leash (FAQ):
- Calf cuffs are larger diameter so they can be worn just below the knee. It won't fit around your ankle, but if you prefer that, you can buy an ankle cuff from XM or really any leash brand that has removable cuffs, and swap it out.
- Calf cuffs raise the human end of the leash further up and away from the board and your feet so that you can still easily cross step to the nose without tripping on the leash. Works like a charm.
- The "Longneck" feature is the 6 inch long semi-rigid plastic sleeve that extends away from the cuff. This adds even more protection against tripping on your leash by pushing the flexible leash cord further away from your leg. Hope that all made sense.
Bottom line is you won't be tripping on your leash...guaranteed.
This was a custom order for length, so total was $85.
I'm not certain, but XM will probably honor the warranty if you ever need it. I'll give you the invoice and you can tell them it was a birthday present from me.
Only used about 10 times. I never wrapped it around the board for storage, so it's perfectly straight. No kinks or curvature.
