The pictures tell the story.
Condition is amazing...these saw very little real use-if any.
No holes,tears.Straps look unused.The heavy-duty nylon looks new.
The leather straps have no stretch or crack marks from cinching or being wrapped against boot soles.There is a bit of chaffed yellow nylon on one of the heels but the blue shows none-so maybe it was the only piece of material on hand and it was scrap-check the photos.
The bottom yellow cuffs have some dirt marks.
There are some light stains on the nylon uppers that should come out.
These have been on a shelf for a very long time.
