THE WHOLE APARTMENT, NOT A SHARE. THIS IS A TEMPORARY SUBLET TYPE SITUATION.
This is a very quite apartment set back from the street, only 2 units. VERY PRIVATE and QUIET. The neighborhood is a beautiful safe place to walk around or jog. Plenty of street parking, if you are staying longer than 30 days then there will be private parking. NO PARTIES! I live here, so there is some of my stuff there and condiments in the fridge.
MINIMUM STAY:
4 nights at $95.00 a night.
$2,4000.00 for the month this includes all utilities!
$175.00 cleaning fee
Fully furnished
Laminate wood flooring, 2 air conditioning units, heating, kitchen with Microwave Stove
Queen size bed and frame bed, pull out Couch, Dresser, Closet, Desk and chair
Washer and dryer on premises. silverware drinking glasses and cups, plates and bowls sheets, bedding, towels
