I am going to be working out of town for 3 months starting Jan 7. I am looking for the right person to sublet my back house to.
This is a very private, quiet and clean back house on a residential street, completely furnished. The location is Lawndale, 8 blocks from Redondo Beach.
The location is perfect. I am about 3 miles directly to Hermosa Beach, and about 15 minutes driving to LAX. Great location, only a few blocks off of the 405 on a quiet street. You are literally only blocks to Target, grocery stores, a mall, etc., super convenient.
The home has two bedrooms but the 2nd bedroom will be locked while I am gone.
The unit comes with the following:
- Bedroom with King Size bed with brand new luxury mattress and bedding
- Large comfy sectional couch in the living room with a large screen Smart TV
- Washer/Dryer inside the unit
- Back yard with direct access from the inside
- Front yard with small table to enjoy sitting
- One parking spot in the driveway
I would prefer only one person to rent the unit, but will consider 2.
