Dates are somewhat flexible. Safe, quiet neighborhood, 3 miles from Venice Beach, 4 miles from downtown Santa Monica and the Promenade, near UCLA & SMC, St. John's & Santa Monica-UCLA Hospital, off street (driveway) as well as plenty of street parking, no permits required. All amenities including Hi Speed Wifi, large screen TV, clothes washer/dryer, RO water filter in kitchen.
Monthly cleaning included.
Utilities not included (Gas Co. and LA DWP).
Non-smoking, no pets. Security deposit (refundable) $9000, payable at lease signing.
I will be traveling and would like to rent my home to the right person/people when I'm gone.
I am looking for someone to both enjoy, as well as care for, my home while I'm away; i.e. someone who will return my home in the same condition that I am renting it out. Ideal for a couple or an individual.
I am somewhat flexible with my dates, so if you are interested let me know and I will try to work with you.
