The Room:
Private with a balcony and private bathroom (no ensuite). Comfortable dual memory foam queen mattress, TV, workstation. Ideal for a travel nurse, pilot, student, teacher, doctor, or anyone that commutes to LA regularly and needs a place to stay during the week. I tend to host friends over the weekend, so will need access to the room during weekends. Stable income and relative cleanliness is required. Guest will have full access to common area in the unit and all building amenities.

About Me:
I'm a male finance executive in the entertainment industry, late 30's, non-smoker into travel and all things sports. I'm a pretty chill, non-fuss type of guy. I have roommate in the back 3rd bedroom, he works from home 3 days a week and is away on weekends. I never see him and neither will you probably.
Rent:
$1100 per month or $300 per week. All utilities included (Wifi, Cable, Electricity, etc.) Deposit contingent on length of stay.
