I am a very international middle-aged fun female professional looking to share my townhouse built in 2006 with one more Covid-19 vaccinated professional FEMALE (for a total of three of us in the townhouse) who is positive and fun as well and who has regular 9 – 5 M-S work hours AWAY from home. Please note, all applicants will have to provide authentic records of vaccination as part of the application process.
Available August 24, 2026 "Coral" bedroom for $1,350 per month (154 sq ft) has a queen-size bed, a 6-drawer dresser, a 5-drawer chest, a nightstand, small side table, a lounge chair, a desk with chair and a mirrored closet with custom-shelving. The room has one large window facing West with faux-wood horizontal blinds.
Available July 28, 2026+ "Green" bedroom for $1,450 per month (168 sq ft) has a Cal-king bed, a 6-drawer dresser with frosted glass top, two nightstands, a glass desk with a chair, a mirrored closet with custom-shelving and a total of three windows with the large one looking towards the front of the property.
Boarders of the two private rooms will share the white and turquoise bathroom in the photo. You can also use the downstairs living/dining areas, the kitchen for "light" cooking and the laundry facilities (upstairs). The rooms have ceiling light/fan fixtures and the townhouse has central a/c and heat. The bedroom have a berber type carpet. The bathrooms, entryway and kitchens have travertine and all other floors and stairs are redwood.
No crustaceans, mussels or pork meat, no smoking in the house, no drugs or pets please as I have a medium size well behaved short-haired dog. No overnight guests without prior authorization and additional charge.
The monthly price includes All utilities, wireless and basic television channels included in your room (no cable). Minimum Stay is three months, might consider less time for more $. The refundable Security Deposit is equal to one's months rent plus $100.
