Quiet residential street, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores! One mile from the Beverly Center, two miles from The Grove and two miles from Rodeo Drive. The unit is fully furnished and fully equipped for your cooking needs!
Please note that this is my personal living space (not an airbnb situation), so I will be picky. I would love to sublet to someone who will care for it like it was their own. Absolutely no smoking (of anything), the bldg doesn’t allow it and who wants the smell anyway? ;)

I will not charge a cleaning fee but for my peace of mind, I will ask for a fully refundable deposit to cover any damage, granted the apt is returned in the same condition you found it.
