Gorgeous classic vessel for rent in a lovely neighborhood. Very quiet and private marina. Lots of wood. Beautiful views. Walking distance to Venice and del Rey beach. Right beside the beach with all paddles and kayaks. Little office area. Has fast internet, two full beds with memory foam and a small kitchen with fridge. Large living room with TV with satellite dish and Roku.
Dry, warm and cozy. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and sunrises on the cockpit while you drink your coffee in the morning. Play the guitar, do yoga or pilates on the nearby dock.
Toilette and showers are private in the marina. The on board toilette can be used only for n. 1. There is a stove and a fridge. One person only. Please send me you name and number and tell me a bit about yourself if you want me to answered back. Short and longer term available starting Nov 1. Internet is $100. All other utilities and covered parking included! Electric stations on site. No pets sorry! Must have good credit score.
Must use marina private restrooms/showers.
Short term is fine but minimum at least 2 months. Deposit required.
