Here’s your chance to live/stay six blocks away from the ocean. Such a lovely and easy walk to the beach from here, very close to Main Street near Urth caffe. Many bus stops are also very close by. The walk to the Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade is a mile away. If you want to take the bus to the promenade, the bus is only a 2 block walk. The bus to the airport is only a 2 block walk.
You have your own private room with attached private bathroom with shower. Fully furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, tv, and Kitchenette. The kitchenette includes freezer, refrigerator, toaster, oven, and air fryer. You have two closets. Full access to the laundry room. Your bedroom is technically in the basement. The room has windows with lots of natural light pouring in. So even though most of the room is underground, it’s not a dungeon. The vibe is quiet and peaceful. You can come in and out of the garage without having to use the front door. There is garage parking available for a bicycle, as well as a permit for street parking. The front porch is a cute little area to sit, make phone calls, etc.
About me: I am a trauma therapist. I work from home out of my living room, so I maintain a lovely, clean environment. This isn’t a good spot for someone who is loud and likes to have people over.

Note for travel nurses: The bus stops that get you to the hospitals are 2 blocks away. Travel nurses tend to love it here because it is so quiet and peaceful.
