The space: great sized 2bd/2bth. furnished kitchen, sun room/office, dining room, living room. you'd have your own furnished bedroom (there's a queen frame/memory foam mattress, large Room&Board bookcase, 2 nightstands) and bathroom. The 6 unit building shares 1 washer/dryer. The apt also comes with the cutest pup, but sorry, no more pets. Street parking.
Rent: $1800; split utilities and cleaning twice a month (around $150/month)
Me: I'm into surfing, grandma crafts, camping, going to concerts, reading, and playing with my dog. I work a hybrid schedule and keep pretty typical hours.
You: looking for one roomie, male or female. No couples, kids, or pets. Ideally you're in your 30s-40s, non cigarette smoker, chill, respectful, and keep "normal" hours. Looking for someone who is tidy and will keep the common areas clean, but not a total neat freak. And you gotta LOVE dogs.
IMPORTANT!
- the building is small and very quiet, so no parties. Have a ton of fun when you're out, but please don't bring the party home.
- no hard drugs in the apt.
- must love dogs! your other roomie is a 17lb, 9 year old mutt. She's part poodle and doesn't shed! She has a bed and toys out in the common area but her food/water stay in my room. She loves to play and will ask you to throw a ball around or play tug with her. She'll also be super excited when you get home and may get a case of the zoomies around the apt.
