Live on the beach! I will be renting my guest room apartment starting November 1st until whenever you decide (able to be flexible and can rent for part of that time as well.) It is a really cute, comfortable and clean spot near the beach. The bed is an organic natural very comfortable queen mattress.You have a ROKU TV in your room. You have a kitchenette with oven, toaster, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, and air fryer. Your bedroom is private on the bottom level with your own private entrance/exit. You have full access to the laundry room.

The cute white house is in the heart of Santa Monica. Just above Urth Caffe on Main Street. It is a quiet and relaxing building, ideal to escape. The neighborhood is lively with a lot to do - you are next to tons of cafes, restaurants and fun bars. There is a water store, exercise studios, grocery stores all in walking distance. You can walk to Santa Monica promenade and the famous Santa Monica Pier. You can walk to all the bus stops. Travel nurses and tourists all love it here.

I can give you a parking pass for street parking on the same block. It is surprisingly easy to park here, and this is not a street where homeless people hang out. There is room in the garage for your bicycle and extra storage items.

Bills are included. (wifi, electric, water)
