This is a electric, child's scooter. It is made by Razor. It is a Betty model "pocket". I have the charger. Another person posted an ad for this identical scooter, for $175. Some people modify the scooter so that the battery is removed, and instead uses a power tool battery to energize the scooter. They simply change the battery wire connection to allow them to plug in the tool battery.
