We are an eCommerce agency that manages and maintains eCommerce marketing and platforms for our clients.
We are seeking 2 "Relationship managers". The role of this job is to communicate fully with the clients and assign tasks to our back house team. You will have up to 20 clients that you will communicate with weekly. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION, but being comfortable with sales is important. You should be comfortable with delivering bad news to client on occasion and working through difficult human-to-human situations.
In order to be considered, you should have the following:
- Excellent (we mean EXCELLENT) communication and relationship management skills.
- Above average computer skills.
- Above average math/finance skills.
- Excellent work ethic - we work around the clock. You'll need to answer emails in emergencies on nights and weekends.
We work long hours, 6:30am to 3:30pm and then after hours when needed.
We pay $65,000 DOE.
