We are seeking an experienced Wireless Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team.
This is not a sales position.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Candidates must have recent experience working for T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, or a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO).
This full-time, on-site position is ideal for candidates with recent wireless telecommunications experience who understand mobile devices, activations, billing, account management, customer care, and technical troubleshooting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications customer support, technical support, customer care, quality assurance, retention, escalation, or account support experience.
- Experience must be recent and obtained within the past three years.
- Previous employment with T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, or an MVNO.
- Strong understanding of wireless services, mobile devices, activations, billing, account management, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with activations and account maintenance
- Troubleshoot wireless service and mobile device issues
- Support billing, account management, and service inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Wireless technical support experience
- Android and iPhone troubleshooting experience
- Contact center or call center experience
