I’m looking for a highly organized and creative Personal Assistant / Social Media Manager based in Los Angeles.
This role combines hands-on production (filming, posting, light editing) with strategic organization (scheduling, analytics, brand coordination).
You’ll help manage my daily content output, streamline my posting across platforms, and handle both personal and professional tasks that keep my creative schedule on track.
This role starts part-time (20–25 hrs/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time management position as sponsorships and workload increase.
Responsibilities:
– Film and photograph content (iPhone or camera; good framing and direction skills)
– Manage and optimize daily posting across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
– Write or polish captions and ensure consistent voice/tone across platforms
– Track analytics (views, engagement, reach) and provide weekly performance summaries
– Maintain organized content libraries, naming systems, and posting calendars (Google Drive / Notion)
– Coordinate sponsor deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
– Light video/photo editing in CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar
– Handle scheduling, reminders, errands, and general life organization
– Occasionally assist on set or during content shoots
Requirements:
– Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation
– Proven experience assisting a creator, entrepreneur, or influencer (please include examples)
– Skilled in social media management (posting flows, analytics, platform trends)
– Confident filming and giving direction during shoots
– Strong organizational and project management skills
– Able to operate independently and take initiative
– Professional, discreet, and reliable
Preferred:
– Basic photo/video editing or design skills
– Experience creating or managing brand deliverables
Compensation:
$30–$35/hr depending on experience and skill set
