10/ 7- 10/ 10 ( multi- day booking not guaranteed)

RATE:
Session: $500 + 20 % per 10 hour day and fitting prior to shoot date
Buyout fee: $500 + 20% ( not guaranteed)
Child: $150 + 20% for max time on set

USAGE:
Term: 2 years
Territory: Worldwide
Media:
Internet/ New Media/ PR - including, without limitation, on Sponsor’ s social media sites, digital streaming, OOT TV, streaming and paid media. Materials may live on client' s website and social media in perpetuity, so long as it is not re- posted or promoted after the Term.

Option to Renew:
Option to renew for an additional two ( 2) years upon payment of Fee + 10% .

IMPORTANT NOTES:
This can be shot on a camera phone. This does not need to be professional. If it takes you more that 10 minutes to do this you may be doing more than you need to!
Shoot in your home in natural daylight, on your couch, or at your dining room table. Feel free to include your family. Don’t think of this as a formal audition, think of it . Keep it cute and casual!
Please do not send any retouched photos or headshots.
