NO KEY (runs without a key) Has forward and reverse lever. accelerator pedal is "jerky" and intermittent.
Not original batteries; we installed a pair of 12 volt batteries instead of four 6 volt batteries..
Has been used to pull light Cessna aircraft in the past. It has a hitch on the back.
Has built-in charger . brake lights, headlight and horn not working at this time. brakes work. tires are tired .
wood platform is not anchored. Belt drive slips sometimes. Has many dents and scratches, and some surface rust.
