Applying your expertise while making it your own:
Perform precise, high-quality alterations that align with our brand standards and aesthetic.
Consult with clients and Client Advisors during fittings, offering expert recommendations on fit, garment construction, and styling.
Take full ownership of all garments leaving the tailor shop, ensuring the highest level of workmanship and client satisfaction.
Manage tailoring workflow efficiently, maintaining clear and proactive communication around timelines, delays, and expectations.
Partner closely with the store team to support seamless operations and contribute to a refined, luxury in-store experience.
Who You Are
You bring both technical skill and a service-driven mindset:
-4+ years of experience in luxury tailoring or professional alterations.
-Strong expertise in garment construction, fittings, and finishing techniques.
-A reputation for precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
-Confidence in solving technical challenges while delivering high-touch, personalized service.
-Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating within diverse, team-oriented environments.
Responsibilities:
• Alter: Sports Coats, pants, Suit construction and women's ready to wear, dresses.
• Perform hemming, taking in/out, bodice adjustments, and zipper replacements
• Handle general clothing alterations (pants, dresses, jackets, skirts)
• Ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on every garment (20% client facing/ 80% sewing construction)
