COMPENSTATION
Payment every 1st to 15th & 16th to 31st
1099 position.
0.65 cents per mile.
All miles are compensable: We use odometer readings to calculate your milage which means every single mile is compensated loaded or empty.
Detention Pay $20/HR After 2 FREE hours, Detention is up to 5 Hours after the 5 hours detention gets voided and layover kicks in.
Layover pay $100 for when on a load, shipper/receiver delays.
$25 per stop for extra picks and drops.
Average miles 2400-3000 per week
Quarterly DOT Inspection Bonus
Amount: $150 per quarter
Condition: Driver must pass all DOT inspections clean for the quarter
Drivers who have any DOT violations during the quarter do not qualify for that quarter’s bonus.

Position Summary:
We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers based out of Southern California for long-haul OTR routes. As part of our team, you will safely transport freight across the country, maintain accurate logs, perform vehicle inspections, and follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations.
REQUIRMENTS
Minimum 2 years of Class A experience ( USA CDL)
US CITIZEN
SPEAK ENGLISH
CLEAN MVR
2-3 WEEKS OTR 2-3 DAYS HOME(NEGOTIABLE)
MUST BE BASED OUT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Responsibilities:
Safely operate company-provided commercial vehicles on long-haul OTR routes
Maintain accurate driver logs in compliance with FMCSA regulations
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
Follow all federal, state, and company safety policies
• Strong commitment to safety at all times; must follow DOT regulations, company policies, and safe driving practices
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, including tight schedules, traffic, weather, and unexpected situations
• Quick thinker and problem solver; able to make safe, sound decisions on the road without constant supervision
• Proactive in identifying potential safety hazards and addressing issues before they become problems
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills
• Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries while never compromising safety
• Strong communication skills to report incidents, delays, or mechanical concerns immediately
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-minded work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing routes, pickup/drop-off times, and work conditions
• Willingness to take ownership of mistakes and learn from them to improve safety and performance
