The Bungalow is approx. 700 sq. ft., with blonde hardwood floors, one bedroom with king size bed. There is one bathroom, a living room, quaint dining area and an amply sized kitchen. There is one portable AC unit to use when needed. We have a laundry room behind the bungalow and the washer and dryer are free for tenants to use. It's like having your own little home with no one above you or below you. It is fully furnished and we provide linens, towels, a full kitchen with pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster and microwave. All organic household, no toxic chemicals used for cleaning.
The Bungalow is perfectly located in North Santa Monica, close to Brentwood, UCLA, the 405 and 10 freeways, Santa Monica mountains, Third Street Promenade, Venice, Malibu and only two miles to the beach, allowing you easy access to anywhere you need to go.
Only 3 blocks from Erewhon Organic Market, 1 block to Bristol Farms, a gourmet market and 6 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Ralphs. Douglas Park and several of the most popular restaurants in town are also only a few blocks away. It's a fantastic, quiet, friendly, walkable neighborhood. It's all about location and great neighbors and we've got both!
Rental rate includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, trash) Smart TV and WIFI (internet) also included. Open to small pets, but no parties and no smoking.
