Looking to salvage interiors of mid century homes being demolished or rehabbed / flipped.
What I’m looking for:
Architectural details like green and black bath tiles, built in appliances / fixtures, flat or carved wood interior doors/knobs, wood ceilings / beams, brown/grey/black lava rock on walls or fireplaces, mid century cabinets, wall dividers, green kitchen countertops, hardwood flooring, wood paneling, unique faucets, built in waterfalls, planters, etc. for a home I’m personally restoring.
If you have a home that has any of these features that you no longer want or need, PLEASE reach out. I know many flippers rip everything out and start over, and there are homes that are planned to be demolished. I’d love for some of these amazing features to have a new life and not be lost. So many incredible homes are unfortunately going to be lost to the sea. As a long time South Bay resident, these features feel like home.
