As for AI... I have been sent many scripts that AI says are perfect in format and scenes. Every one of them is terrible. I mean, so bad I found 11 mistakes in the first 10 pages that would have gotten it an immediate rejection from the agencies and producers 10 years ago.
You and your vision deserve a TERRIFIC script that is driven by talent and human instinct. You need to be able to interact with a human being during the writing to make sure your vision is properly fulfilled. AI can't do that, it is akin to being on a government phone call bot that keeps asking more questions but never gets you to the person that can actually help you or uplift you.

AI offers you a screenplay in a week for cheap. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. Don't fall for AI or for Freelancer. Freelancer is about to go bankrupt because it is being sued for stealing new novels, scripts, and singer voices and selling them to AI to copy it and sell it for almost nothing. Upworks have over 430 major lawsuits for upcharging and delivcring terrible versions to you then demanding more pay. All those giant companies are failing. To my knowledge not one script from Upworks, Fiverr, or Freelancer ever got produced. d
