In this essential role, you’ll transform complex medical and legal information into compelling, strategic demand letters that support meaningful settlements for injured clients.
Responsibilities
Write clear, persuasive demand letters based on case files and medical records
Convey the emotional and financial impact of injuries with empathy and accuracy.
Summarize medical treatment and outline damages
Work closely with attorneys and case managers to align on demand strategy.
Track the status of demand submissions.
Communicate with clients and medical providers to gather supplemental information.
Qualifications:
Required -
Excellent grammar and writing skills.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Preferred -
Familiarity with medical records and personal injury terms.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Filevine.
Personal injury demand writing or legal copywriting experience, and knowledge of insurance claim processes.
Bilingual in English/Spanish.
