Probably 10-12hrs/week (to start) reporting to brand strategist. Likely someone with a journalism background or years on the ground in the beauty space. Would be entirely focused in beauty industry.

Digital Community Manager:
Detailed scope of work to be determined in contract (website copy, social media account copy,daily posting, daily engagement, copy writing, blogs, etc)
The Digital Community Manager is responsible for posting and day-to-day management of social communities across all channels; to include engagement, outreach, and replies.
The DCM will:
*schedule content on a 2 week planning calendar
*Draft copy for website launch
*Draft copy for marketing materials
*draft original and purposeful copy
*post content daily
*find and secure permission to use community images
*engage with the brand communities, including but not limited to: liking and commenting on all tagged posts, liking and commenting on users with similar affinities, liking and responding to all brand post comments, engaging with followers
*ensure timely responses to comments, questions, DMs and tagged posts
*clearly communicate the brand ethos across all channels
*report social media analytics on daily posts, stories, engagement
*partner with the Creative Content Producer to effectively plan and execute all brand objectives
share press (articles, videos, etc.) through digital channels
** likely one in person meeting per week with remainder done remotely.
