I'm selling my 2009 VW Jetta because I purchased a hybrid SUV, so I no longer need this one.
Everything is in good working condition. In the past year, I got a brand new AC compressor, so the air conditioning is super cold now. I also got the expensive ceramic window tint all around. This window tint really makes a big difference in blocking the sun's heat compared to regular tint. I also got the ignition replaced. All of this was done within the past year, and all is still under warranty. In addition, I got all 4 tires replaced with good used tires.
Car runs, drives, and shifts well. There are no leaks of any kind, no overheating, no check engine light on, and no weird sounds. One minor problem is a loose wire connector that should be replaced. I spray it with WD40 every 6 months to prevent it from cutting off. Also, the trunk button stopped working, but I installed a wire to pull on to open the trunk. And the headliner is loose, as seen in pictures.
This car has been my daily driver without giving me any problems, besides the stalling every 6 months or so, and I drive a lot. Every week, I drive out to Victorville, and I have taken the car on two Vegas trips in the past year, without any problems.
Clean title on hand and current registration in my name.
UPDATE:
I just lowered the price from $3k to $2k because the car stalled again after being parked for a few weeks. It seems like the stalling problem happens after the car sits for a longer period without being started. It had this problem when I first bought it after it sat for a few weeks, then it had this problem after I went out of town for a few weeks, and now, after I started using my new vehicle. But it never stalled on me when driving it on a regular basis. I sprayed the wire connection with WD40 again, and I drove it around a bit, and it didn't stall. However, I would not recommend driving long distances without fixing the wire connection problem.
Again, I have the clean title in my name on hand, and the car has current plates.
