The car is a 2014 Nissan Versa Note SV Hatchback in the color black. It is in very good condition with low mileage (90,414 miles total, ~7,500 miles per year). It was purchased in a private sale in Annapolis, MD, from the previous owner in 2017.

It has never been in a collision. It is up to date on its service. The oil was changed recently and it passed a Smog check last month.

The transmission failed in 2017, but it was replaced by the Nissan dealership in Annapolis.

There are only minor cosmetic issues, such as a puncture in the front passenger seat back, an interior light cover that’s loose, and scuffed paint on the rear hatch.

Because of the low mileage and good operating condition, I am asking for $5,200, which is within the range of a fair market price according to KBB.
