1970 K5 BLAZER 4X4 LS 6.0 V8 SWAPPED
The body was not removed from the chassis but frame wire wheeled and refinished in black paint under current ownership. Floor and rocker panel in tack. Equipment includes a removable black hardtop, black bumpers, original grille and tailgate mirrors, dual 3in exhaust that turns down just before the rear axle.
Mickey Thompson wheels powder coated black with TSL Super Swamper 16/38.5/16.5. The blazer is fitted with a custom lift kit, Polyurethane bushings Warn manually-locking front hubs and PSC hydro assist steering. Braking is handled by front discs and rear drums.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are original in black vinyl and are joined by newer dash pad.
The steering wheel frames auto meter speedometer and auxiliary gauges. Total mileage on truck unknown.
The replacement LS 6.0 v8 cast iron block engine with aluminum heads was installed under current ownership. Cooling is handled by an aftermarket aluminum radiator.
A fluid service was performed in preparation for the sale on engine, transmission and transfer case and front and real differential.
Power is sent to the rear for all four wheels using 4L60 automatic transmission and an NP203 transfer case.
Blazer is located in San Jose CA
Vin plates have not been changed or touched.
Vin shows it is a true 4x4.
