Private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one other girl) available now in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house is fully furnished aside from the available bedroom and is located in North Hills, about 8 minutes away from Cal State Northridge

You would have two other roommates. We are respectful, responsible, clean, and are looking for someone similar.

Rent is $912 (utilities are separate). There is a washer/dryer and plenty of driveway parking.

The property is run by a management company so you would be required to submit an application. There is also a $685 deposit.

Small dogs will be considered if house trained! We do also have a small dog. No cats sorry!
