The guest house is located on a quiet tree lined street between Laurel Canyon Blvd and Moorpark Street, behind Campbell Hall. The guesthouse has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. It has a full bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The guest house is situated in the back of a family home. The family consist of a husband( Attorney), wife (Special Ed Teacher) a daughter and an amazing chocolate lab. It has a beautiful yard full of drought tolerant foliage. The utilities of electricity, water and gas are included. Tenant must respect low water usage because of current water regulations. The guest house is only 10 years old and there has only been 3 fantastic tenants. The guest house is perfect for One tenant. It is 400 hundred square feet. I it one room, not a separate one. Parking is available on street. Please no drugs or cigarettes. One small dog or cat permitted. There is a dog that lives in the family house. Must have good credit and references. Must be able to prove full-time work.
Must have references from prior rentals.
Must be friendly and kind this is a family home.
Prefer a professional. Requires first month and last month rent plus 750 for security. There must be a credit check, references and a background check.
Must love animals because there is a big chocolate lab that loves everyone. There is no laundry, however there is a nice laundromat very close on Moorpark and Fulton.
