Please note that it is located on a quite street on a double cul-de-sac and it is a single family neighborhood.
Space is ideal for working professionals or student as it is a open studio. Please note that it is an open studio and no bedrooms.
Rent is: $1495 plus Deposit of $1495 must be able to pass a credit, income and background check. Minimum One year lease or commitment to December 31, 2026. There is a $40 dollar non-refundable fee per credit and background check of the each tenant. Power, cable and wireless internet are paid by the tenant and water/sewer is charged at 30% of the water/sewer portion of bill.
